FASFA
Formed in 2000, the Frozen At Sea Fillet Association (FASFA) is a trade organisation representing international fishing companies, fishing trawlers and distributors of Frozen At Sea (FAS) filleted cod and haddock, sustainably sourced from Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Russia, Greenland and the UK.
From the catching, filleting and freezing process at sea to the distribution of FAS fillets to fish and chip shops throughout the UK, FASFA members work together to ensure that every catch is as fresh, sustainable and delicious as the next. It is our aim to ensure that UK consumers can enjoy their iconic fish and chips, served to the highest quality, all year round.
FASFA comprises of leading industry members and is supported by Seafish (the Sea Fish Industry Authority).
